Sales Representative – Real Estate *No Real Estate License or Experience Needed
Location: Remote (must live in the United States)
Compensation: $2,500 monthly base plus 6%-10% commissions from the deals closed; paid biweekly
Suggested Schedule for best success: Tuesday – Friday 11am - 8pm EST, Saturday 9am - 4 pm EST

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential sellers from our company-generated leads.
- Manage and nurture a database of seller leads with consistent follow-ups.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and assess seller motivation.
- Build rapport and gain trust over the phone to close deals.
- Analyze market data and property values to determine pricing.
- Overcome objections and negotiate purchase contracts successfully.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.

Additional Requirements
- Hardwired internet connection with download/upload speeds of at least 25 Mbps and a ping of 15ms or lower.
- Personal computer with dual screen monitors or widescreen
- Headset and quiet work environment for crisp and clear phone conversations
- Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday.
- Must live in the United States
